Syrian International Rally

The Syrian International Rally was one of the rounds in the Middle East Rally Championship (MERC). It included off-road and gravel stages from Maaret Saydnaya, to the surrounding areas in Maaloula, AlNabk, and Qara.

The first edition of the Syrian International Rally was held in 2000. Since then, until 2010, the Rally was one of the main and most challenging rounds of the Middle East Rally Championship, with many of the Rallying stars in the region participating in the event
