Syrian Speed Test Championship

The Syrian Speed Test Championship is one of the oldest, and most popular, championships for the Syrian Automobile Club. It was first held as a challenge in 2002, with the top Syrian and regional racing drivers participating, and it is famous for its fans and audience who followed these races closely since its inauguration, and they continue to cheer on their drivers and attend the events even after suspending the Club’s activities between 2012 and 2014.
The Syrian Automobile Club made continuous efforts to attract new participants, and discovering new talents, through creating new racing categories in speed test events, such as Prototype Cars, and Street Cars.
2019 also saw the launching of a special initiative, the Go Speed Challenge, which offered the opportunity for all of the racing enthusiasts, regardless of their experience, to participate and develop their capabilities and talents to pave the way for their participation in the Syrian Speed Championship and fighting for the titles.
